Where will the conference take place?
The conference will be held at the Department of Design, Politecnico di Milano, located on the Bovisa Campus at Via Durando 10, Milan (postcode 20158). Here is the map you can refer to.

What does the conference fee include?
- Access to the venue, wi-fi, and all conference sessions, plenaries, and sub-plenaries
- Documentation and conference kit
- Certificate of attendance (upon request)
- Five coffee breaks
- Two buffet lunches
- Booking at hotels at a reduced rate
- Access (with supplementary payment) to the conference party
- Access (with supplementary payment) to guided tours
Is the STS Italia Membership mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory (unless you are already a member—in that case, you only need to pay the conference fee).
When does the conference start and end?
The conference will begin on Wednesday 11 June at 9:00 am. Registration opens at 8:30 am. It will conclude on Friday 13 June at 1:30 pm.
Where should I go upon arrival?
Upon arrival, please go to Aula De Carli for registration. Signage will be available to guide you.
How can I find out where the panel I’m interested in is held?
In the morning at reception, you’ll receive a conference kit with all the useful information. Also, keep an eye on the Programme.
Will Wi-Fi be available on campus?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the campus. You’ll find useful information in the conference kit.
Is there a cloakroom where I can leave my luggage?
No, unfortunately, there will be no cloakroom service.
Will vegetarian/vegan meal options be available?
All coffee breaks and lunch breaks will be vegetarian, with vegan options available.
Will the conference be held in person or streamed online?
The conference will take place entirely in person.
